- No sex or lust of the flesh before marriage
- Pray, read, have bible studies and go to church together
- Talk about your future and make plans as to how it is to be accomplished together
- Discuss the roles of the man and woman in relationships according to the word of God
- Seek Godly counseling in preparation for your future together from your pastor or elders of the church
- Discuss one another’s weaknesses, strengths, compatibility and expectations. Communication and helping one another is the key to your joint success
- Learn where your partner is spiritually and what u can do to help them to grow in their personal walk with God
